Shipping policy

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

These dates are the LAST day to place an order if you want to receive it before the holiday.  

  • Thanksgiving Monday, November 18th, 2024
  • Christmas Monday, December 16th, 2024
  • New Year's  Thursday, December 20th, 2024
  • Valentine’s Day Wednesday, Feb 5th, 2024
  • St. Patrick's Day Friday, March 7th, 2024
  • Easter Tuesday, April 8th, 2024

Please note we will get your order to the shipper within the appropriate amount of time to ship to you.  However, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery before the holiday because occasionally there are shipping delays that are out of our control.  Once it is in the shipper's hands we have no control but we will do our absolute best to get it to you on time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME


Each order is handmade and made to order so please allow us 3-5 business days (unless specified differently on the product page) to complete your order, once all personalization has been finalized.  

Please watch for an email within 24 hours of placing your order, confirming all the details and any customization for your order.  As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

If you have a set event date, please message us first to make sure it can be met and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
Free standard shipping within the conterminous United States.  Orders ship with USPS or UPS Ground.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping within the conterminous United States: 4-7 business days

Sweet Lane Events cannot guarantee delivery dates. Carriers give an estimate of delivery, but it is not always accurate. We will do our best to meet a deadline if it has been previously discussed, but if delivery is delayed, Sweet Lane Events is not at fault. No refunds will be issued due to delivery delays as it is out of our hands.

If you have a set event date, please message us first to make sure it can be met and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Upgraded shipping is available and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

DAMAGES
Sweet Lane Events is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING & WRONG ADDRESS ISSUES

It is important that you double-check your shipping address before your order is shipped. Once it has been shipped, Sweet Lane Events is not responsible for changes or address errors. The customer's responsible for retrieving the package from an address that is no longer current if it has already been delivered.


Refunds will not be issued due to wrong shipping addresses. Please notify Sweet Lane Events as soon as you see there is an error in your address, we will do our best to help.

If a package is returned to Sweet Lane Events for an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.

 


CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sweet Lane Events is not responsible for delays due to customs.
